RAD is a rare albino dolphin born into a strict military family with high hopes and expectations for their first-born son. ‘Without pigment in a colored world’, he is an outcast from birth, resented by his father and prisoner of a system that inhumanely modified him to be a military weapon, until his free spirit and passion for justice pushed him to fight back.

The adult 3-D animation comedy follows the exploits of a giant radioactive tuna and his partner in justice, RAD, an ex-Navy weaponized albino dolphin. Their adventures include recruiting Billy, a marine mammal theme park escape, to join their "fish army" and stop mans destruction of the worlds oceans. All while being pursued by a crazed, one-eyed Russian sea captain.
